Summary
Kennedy Center Performing Arts Fund Act - Authorizes the refinancing of revenue bonds issued under the John F. Kennedy Center Act. Establishes in the United States Treasury the Kennedy Center Bond Amortization Account. Directs the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts to establish the Kennedy Center Performing Arts Fund to be used solely for the making of Kennedy Center Fund Grants to support productions of the John F. Kennedy Center and in communities which would not otherwise have access to such production.
