Summary
Amends Federal law to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) enter into cooperative agreements with public or private educational institutions, States and local governments, or any public or private person or entity in order to develop adequate, coordinated, cooperative research and training programs concerning the resources of the National Park System; and (2) accept from and make available to the cooperator technical and support staff, financial assistance, supplies and equipment, facilities, and administrative services relating to cooperative research units.
