Summary
Exempts from the antitrust laws any joint agreement by or among persons in the television broadcast industry, and any joint action concerning any television broadcast or any material intended for broadcast, if the purpose of such agreement or action is to determine or alleviate the negative impact of violence in television broadcast material, provided that the agreement or action is not intended to result in a boycott of any person in the industry.
