Summary
Mohegan Nation of Connecticut Land Claims Settlement Act of 1994 - Provides for the settlement of land claims between the Mohegan Tribe and the State of Connecticut and its subdivisions. Authorizes the Mohegan Tribe to make payments to the town of Montville, according to a specified agreement. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to take and hold certain lands in trust for the Mohegan Tribe as its initial reservation. Provides for Federal ratification of the State and Town Agreements.
