Summary
Child Support Assurance Act of 1992 - Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants to up to six States for demonstration programs to establish or improve a system of assured minimum child support payments. Requires the custodial parent to have, or be in the process of obtaining, a child support award, or to have "good cause" in order to qualify for the program. Authorizes appropriations.
