Summary
Veterans Readjustment Appointment Amendments of 1992 - Expands eligibility for veterans' readjustment appointments (Federal employment positions for veterans) to include: (1) all veterans of the Vietnam era (currently, only Vietnam era veterans having a service-connected disability or having served on active duty for which a campaign badge has been authorized); and (2) a veteran who served on active duty after the Vietnam era for more than 180 days and was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable or because of a service-connected disability. Extends through December 31, 1995, the authorized period for such appointments.
