Freedom From Behavioral Profiling Act of 2000 - Amends the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act regarding financial institution disclosure of certain nonpublic personal information in connection with their customers' financial transactions to condition such disclosure upon: (1) conspicuous notice in written or electronic form to the customer that such information may be disclosed; and (2) the customer's affirmative written consent to such information transfer.
