Summary
Reauthorizes the McKay Dam and Reservoir, Umatilla project, Oregon, for the purposes of irrigation, flood control, fish and wildlife, recreation, and safety of dams. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to modify the spillway structures at McKay Dam to prevent the failure of the dam due to overtopping by floodwaters. Authorizes the Secretary to provide for the return of reimbursable irrigation construction, operation and maintenance costs. Authorizes the appropriation of $1,300,000 for the modification of McKay Dam.
