Summary
Social Security Privacy Protection Act of 1992 - Amends title XI of the Social Security Act to make the unauthorized disclosure of private social security information a felony punishable by imprisonment of up to five years, or a fine of up to $10,000 for each occurrence of a violation, or both. Makes the intent to elicit information as to the social security account number of any individual through false representations a felony punishable by imprisonment of up to five years, or a fine of up to $10,000 for each occurrence of a violation, or both.
