Summary
Directs the Comptroller General, under the Federal Election Campaign Act, to publish a voters' information pamphlet for each State and to distribute the pamphlet before the election of any candidate to Federal office. Provides that the pamphlet shall contain party platforms, pictures, and brief biographies of the candidates for such office in that State, and statements by such candidates.
