Summary
Amends the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act to provide that any Indian tribe or organization entitled under such Act to enter into contracts with, or receive grants from, the Secretaries of Health, Education, and Welfare or the Interior for the purpose of enabling such tribe or organization to provide services to Indians that were previously provided by one of those Secretaries may elect to receive a single block grant in each fiscal year in lieu of the individual grants or contracts otherwise authorized under such Act.
