Summary
Dredged Material Reuse Act - Directs the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to establish a program to allow the direct marketing of dredged material to public agencies and private entities, by authorizing each of the eight regional offices of the Corps of Engineers to market to such agencies and entities any dredged material from projects under its jurisdiction. Authorizes appropriations.
