Summary

Removes the requirement that psychologists appointed to the Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs hold degrees in psychology from an approved accrediting authority. Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to employ such psychologists on a temporary, full, or part-time basis, or on a fee basis. Requires the Secretary to begin making such appointments within one year after enactment of this Act.
