Summary
Prohibits temporarily the Secretaries of Agriculture or the Interior from issuing or implementing any rules or regulations asserting jurisdiction or management (of fish or game resources) pursuant to title VIII of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act over the navigable waters transferred to Alaska pursuant to the Submerged Lands Act of 1953 or the Alaska Statehood Act of 1959.
