Summary
Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 to include appraisal costs related to the acquisition of land, waters, or interests in land or waters among those purposes for which the Secretary of the Interior may provide financial assistance to any State under such Act, if such acquisition is in accordance with the State comprehensive outdoor recreation plan and such land, waters, or interests therein are not acquired from the United States at less than fair value. Retains the prohibition against such assistance for other incidental costs relating to such acquisition.
