Summary

Amends specified Federal law to include within the Valley Forge National Historical Park the Paoli Battlefield in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a cooperative agreement for management of the Battlefield by the borough of Malvern. Authorizes appropriations to acquire Battlefield land and interests, if a specified amount of non-Federal funds is available for acquiring and donating such land and interests to the National Park Service.
