Summary

Declares all Federal right, title and interest in specified lands are held in trust by the United States for the Makah Indian Tribe, Washington, and declares such lands to be a part of the Makah Indian Reservation. States that existing fishing rights of the Makah Indian Tribe remain unaffected with respect to such lands. Retains the Federal right to use or reconstruct any Coast Guard facility on any island in such lands. Directs the Secretary of Transportation to notify the Makah Indian Tribe and the Secretary of the Interior in the event such facilities are no longer needed. Terminates any reservation of right upon such notification.
