Expanding Access to Low Cost Generic Drugs Act This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to disqualify from receiving market exclusivity a generic drug manufacturer who enters into an agreement with the patent holder for a brand name drug to delay getting the generic drug approved or to delay marketing it.
