Summary
Amends the Federal judicial code to provide for the appointment of an additional district judge for the western district of Kentucky. Provides that the district judgeship for the eastern and western districts of Kentucky (as in effect before the date of this Act's enactment) shall be for the eastern district of Kentucky only and that the incumbent of such judgeship shall hold that office.
