Summary
Provides, under title XVIII of the Social Security Act (Health Insurance for the Aged) and with respect to expenses incurred for the purchase of any particular piece of durable medical equipment, that such deductibles shall be deemed to have been met for any calendar year, if, reductions have been imposed with respect to the purchase of such piece of equipment, the aggregate of which equals $60.
