Summary

Worker-Management Relations for the 21st Century Act of 1994 - Amends the National Labor Relations Act to permit the establishment of labor-management workplace committees to discuss matters of interest and concern, including but not limited to issues of quality, productivity, improved labor-management relations, job security, organizational efficiency, and enhanced economic development. Requires such committees to be composed of an equal number of management officials and employees (the latter elected by popular vote of the employees). Allows such committees to be established only upon the agreement of the employer and a majority of employees.
