Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct: (1) a temperature control device and associated monitoring facilities on Folsom Dam to be operated as part of the Central Valley Project for the benefit and propagation of fall-run chinook salmon and steelhead trout in the American River, California; and (2) such a device and facilities on non-Federal facilities in existence on the enactment of this Act that deliver Central Valley Project water from Folsom Reservoir. Authorizes appropriations.
