Summary
Modifies the navigation project for Morro Bay, California, to direct the Secretary of the Army to: (1) extend and deepen the entrance channel for Morro Bay Harbor, contingent upon a favorable recommendation by the Chief of Engineers and after completion of a feasibility study by the Corps of Engineers; and (2) carry out and maintain such other improvements as the Chief of Engineers determines necessary for safe navigation.
