Summary
Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to provide that allotment management plans incorporated in permits and leases for domestic livestock grazing on public lands shall be developed in consultation with permittees, lessees, the District Grazing Advisory Boards, and with the cooperation and consent of other lessors involved on intermingled land.
