Summary
Extends the definition of "eligible veteran," for purposes of educational assistance, to incude any member of the Army National Guard, Air National Guard, the Army Reserve, Naval Reserve, Air Force Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, or Coast Guard Reserve who serves voluntarily on active duty for an aggregate period of more than one hundred and eighty days in any calendar year and who otherwise qualifies as an eligible veteran.
