Summary
Amends the United States Housing Act of 1937, for purposes of determining low-income housing assistance eligibility based upon median income or income ceilings, to consider Los Alamos County, New Mexico, as: (1) an area separate from the Santa Fe metropolitan statistical area; (2) part of such area with respect to such determinations for those parts of the Santa Fe metropolitan area that does not include Los Alamos County; and (3) a difficult development area for purposes of the low-income housing credit.
