Summary
Illegal Alien Credit Denial Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to make illegal aliens ineligible for the earned income credit. Requires the verification of taxpayer identification numbers of the taxpayer and qualifying children on returns claiming such credit. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish expedited procedures on the verification and issuance of such identification numbers.
