Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to allow the Attorney General, upon the request of a State, to provide for the confinement of a State prisoner incarcerated pursuant to a State career criminal or habitual offender statute in a Federal penal or correctional institution. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1989 through 1993 to carry out this Act.
