Tribal Access to Nutrition Assistance Act of 2023 This bill allows for dual enrollment in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Specifically, the bill allows any household that is eligible to participate in FDPIR to simultaneously participate in SNAP.
