Summary
Provides that the United States Canal Zone shall be represented by a delegate to the House of Representatives. Directs the Governor of the Canal Zone to prescribe regulations for conducting general elections for the office of Delegate from the Canal Zone, and to submit a copy of such regulations to each House of the Congress not later than January 1, 1976. Authorizes the Congress to disapprove such regulations. Directs the Governor to conduct a special election for the office of Delegate within 30 days after enactment of this Act. Provides that the term of the Delegate elected shall commence 10 days after the special election.
