Public Housing Drug Elimination Act of 1988 - Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to make grants to public housing agencies to eliminate drug-related crime in public housing projects. Includes among the authorized uses of such funds: (1) employment of security personnel; (2) reimbursement of local law enforcement agencies for additional protective services; and (3) security-enhancing physical improvements.
