Summary
Peace Corps Act Amendments of 1980 - Amends the Peace Corps Act to authorize appropriations for the Peace Corps for fiscal years 1981 and 1982. Increases the amount which may be used to meet unforeseen emergencies or contingencies. Amends the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 to delete provisions providing for: (1) an Associate Director for International Operations within ACTION; (2) Peace Corps representatives on the National Voluntary Service Advisory Council; (3) advice and review by such Council of the Peace Corps; and (4) nondiscrimination of Peace Corps volunteers.
