Directs the Administrator of General Services to assign certain portions of Montauk Air Force Station in Suffolk County, New York, to the Secretary of the Interior for use as a public park or recreation area. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey such property to the State of New York in exchange for the fee title to certain property owned by the State of New York at Fire Island, New York. Requires that the property transferred to the State of New York be used for public park or recreation purposes.
