Summary
Adoption Information Exchange Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to provide information through a national adoption information exchange system to assist in the placement of children awaiting adoption. Authorizes the appropriation of $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1976, and such sums as may be necessary for succeeding fiscal years to carry out this Act.
