Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, to convey to the town of Kingston, Nevada, for fair market value an airstrip parcel and a specified adjacent parcel for use as an emergency medical air evacuation site and for other public uses. Requires, if such conveyance is not completed before September 30, 2000, the term of the airport lease to be considered to be extended.
