Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete a feasibility study for the rehabilitation of Going-to-the-Sun Road located in Glacier National Park, Montana. Directs the Secretary to upgrade and continue the maintenance of utility systems which service the Park and its related facilities. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into competitive leases of federally-owned property in the Park under which the lessee will be authorized to provide visitor services (including a hotel), subject to specified conditions.
