Summary
Requires the Secretary of the Interior, within one year after the date of enactment of this Act, to designate a specified amount of land and water in Alabama for the establishment of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Directs the Secretary to acquire by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange, lands, waters, and interests therein, within the boundaries of the refuge.
