Requires the Secretary of the Interior to report to specified congressional committees on the feasibility and desirability of recovering the costs of high altitude lifesaving missions on Mount McKinley in Denali National Park and Preserve, Alaska by: (1) requiring applicants for climbing permits to provide proof of insurance or a bond that is sufficient to pay the costs of a rescue and proof of health insurance that is sufficient to pay medical and hospital costs of treatment for injuries that may reasonably be anticipated to be sustained on a climb; or (2) other appropriate means.
