Summary

This bill prohibits the use of any federal funds for the design or construction of any levee wall, steel-bollard fence, or other wall within or on a unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System; a unit of the National Wilderness Preservation System; a wildlife corridor, as determined by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; or land owned or under the jurisdiction of a state, unless an appropriate authority of that state approves the construction.
