Summary
Farm Relief Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to insure that the producers of each of the 1978 through 1981 crops of cotton, corn, peanuts, rice, tobacco, wheat, barley, oats, rye, grain sorghum, soybeans, sugar, wool, mohair, milk, and honey receive a price of not less than 100 percent of parity for such a commodity, whenever a majority of the producers of any such commodity vote in a referendum conducted by the Secretary to include such commodity under the provisions of this Act.
