Summary

Northern Rocky Mountain Gray Wolf Restoration Act of 1990 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to introduce, for natural dispersion, three Alpha pairs of gray wolves each into the Yellowstone National Park and into the core zone in the Idaho portion of the Selway-Bitteroot and River of No Return Wilderness Areas. Declares the gray wolf not to be a threatened or endangered species within the meaning of the Endangered Species Act outside specified areas in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
