Integrated Pest Management Encouragement and Youth Employment Act - Adds integrated pest control management services, including services for producers of agricultural commodities, to the types of projects to be performed by the Young Adult Conservation Corps under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 (CETA).
