Summary
Cooperative Production Act of 1990 - Amends the National Cooperative Research Act of 1984 to include a joint production venture within the scope of such Act as an activity that shall not be deemed illegal per se under the antitrust laws. Changes the short title of the Act to the National Cooperative Research, Development, and Production Act.
