Summary
Amends the list of items belonging to the head of a household which are exempt from judgments and executions under the District of Columbia Code to remove the exemption for one horse or mule and for one cart, wagon, or dray and harness used in a trade or business. Revises the exemption for automobiles to exempt one automobile or motor-controlled vehicle to the extent of $1,500 of the debtor's equity.
