Fair Employment in Congress Act - Eliminates the exemption for the Congress from the application to all congressional employees of certain provisions of: (1) the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act; (2) the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (labor-management relations provisions); (3) the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Equal Pay Act; (4) the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967; (5) the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (nondiscrimination against qualified handicapped individuals in programs or activities conducted by any unit of the legislative branch); and (6) the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
