Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Act of 2018 This bill amends the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to rename: (1) the Department of Agriculture as the "Department of Agriculture and Rural Development," and (2) the position of Secretary of Agriculture as the "Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development."
