Summary
Breast Cancer Prescription Drug Fairness Act of 2002 - Requires each participating manufacturer of a covered outpatient drug to make available for purchase by each pharmacy a covered outpatient drug: (1) in an amount equal to the aggregate amount of the covered outpatient drug sold or distributed by the pharmacy to Medicare beneficiaries (including the amount sold or distributed to Medicare beneficiaries in a hospice program); and (2) at a price equal to the lower of either the lowest price paid for the drug by the Federal Government or the manufacturer's best price for the drug.
