Summary
Cigarette Litter Prevention Act - Amends the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act to prohibit manufacturing, packaging, or importing for sale or distribution within the United States any cigarettes the package of which fails to bear, in accordance with regulations to be promulgated by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the following statement: "Please dispose of all cigarette waste properly. Do not litter."
