Summary
Makes a technical correction relating to the description of the conveyance authorized by Public Law 108-67 (a law providing for the conveyance of certain land in the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit to the Washoe Indian Tribe of Nevada and California). Permits any approved general public access (through existing easements or by boat) to or use of land remaining within the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit after the conveyance, including access to and use of the beach and shoreline areas adjacent to the portion of land conveyed.
