Summary

Gold and Silver Labeling and Advertising Act - Prohibits the use, in advertising any article of gold or silver, of statements which indicate that the gold or silver in such article is of a greater degree of fineness than the actual fineness. Prohibits any representation of the gold content of an article which is of less than ten karat fineness.
